Enrollment Process

• Complete the Application for Enrollment below

• Wait for response email from umpquawondersacademy@outlook.com

• Tour the facility, meet the director, and ask any questions you may have

• Receive a copy of our Family Handbook

• If family wishes to proceed with enrollment they will return the Family Handbook Acknowledgement page

• A Registration Contract or Waitlist Form are provided once final enrollment selections have been made

To ensure the health and safety of all children in care, participants are expected to engage in the program’s general daily schedule and group routines with reasonable support. Umpqua Wonders Academy operates within standard group ratios and staffing models and does not provide individualized one-on-one care at the program’s expense. When a child may need additional support to be successful in the group setting, we are committed to working collaboratively with families and appropriate service providers to explore reasonable accommodations and supportive strategies within the scope of our program.
